Kain is a section of the city of Tournai. It is in Picardy Wallonia, Hainaut Province, Belgium. The province is near the border of France and the historic region of Flanders. Tournai has been one of Flanders’ important urban centres for many years. One of the reasons for its importance is its extensive agricultural history. Because of said history, Kain is popular as a hosting site for important corporate events. Such include for instance PotatoEurope.

Kain is a section of Tournai, Belgian city in the province of Hainut near France and Flanders. It is a former municipality which merged with Tournai in 1977. The section consists of two parishes known as Kain la Tombe and Kain Centre or Saint Omer. The former municipality is situated on the right bank of the river Scheldt. The municipality has been an important urban centre for Flanders  for many years. This is due to the location's long agricultural history. The site is a 30-minute car drive from Flanders International Airport.
