1. HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?
It’s simple – all you need to do is fill out our online hotel reservation form with your requirements or alternatively, contact us by phone, and we’ll contact you immediately with the most suitable hotel options. We would advise you to provide as many details as possible so we can ensure all your needs are taken into consideration and met properly.
2. HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
Great news – it doesn’t cost a thing! We do not charge any fees for our services
3. WHEN DO I GET MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
Once payment is confirmed, we will issue and send the hotel booking confirmation (hotel voucher) to you by email. Please print it out and present it upon check-in at the hotel.
4. CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY BOOKING?
Yes, you can. For more information please check the Cancellations & Amendments section in our Terms and Condition Section.
5. CAN YOU ORGANIZE AN AIRPORT PICK-UP FOR ME?
Absolutely! Airport pick-ups can be arranged for you upon request.
6. DO I PAY YOU OR THE HOTEL FOR MY BOOKING?
Any amounts due on hotel room bookings made with us are payable directly to us. Payments to the hotel are settled on your behalf by us.
7. SHOULD I PAY ANYTHING AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION UPON CHECK-IN?
You do not need to pay for your accommodation upon check-in as we would already have settled the payment for your reservation with the hotel. Of course, in case you use any additional services that are not included in the package offered by us, you might be required to pay for those. Please inform us, if you are asked by the hotel to pay any amounts directly related to your hotel room booking so we can look into the matter with the hotel management.
8. WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU AND NOT WITH HOTELS DIRECTLY?
The answer is simple – by making hotel reservations with us you avoid paying more. In most cases, you’d find our rates lower than the hotel’s rack rates – due to our long-term partnerships with international hotel accommodation suppliers worldwide, we are usually able to obtain preferential rates for our customers.
9. DO YOU ALSO OFFER ANY TRAVEL PACKAGES?
Yes, in addition to hotel reservations we can also offer you rent-a-car, rooms for business conferences, private city tours, holiday deals, family vacations, exotic trips and many more. All this is available upon request.
