GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL EXHIBIT AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS SERVICES LTD. AND THIS WEB SITE
You may not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
This site is operated by Global Exhibit & Travel Arrangements Limited (GETA Ltd), with registered address 70 North end Road, London W14 9EP, United Kingdom (Company No. 7135120).
1.1. Any booking made or any order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and GETA Ltd. shall come into existence until GETA Ltd:
a) Issues an invoice
b) Issues a booking confirmation by email, fax or post
c) Receives payment – either a deposit or in full.
1.2. When payment has been confirmed and received, an email confirmation will be sent out to you.
1.3. Where GETA Ltd. is unable to confirm the initially requested accommodation, an alternative may be offered and an email will be sent to advise you of the details. The reservation will be held for up to 48 hours in order for you to signify acceptance by return mail.
2. Rates and Price Variations
We reserve the right to change prices and rates in the event of exchange rate fluctuations or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and are valid only for the dates indicated and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
3. Making a Reservation for a Private House or an Apartment
3.1. All our private houses and apartments are normally privately inhabited and leased only during your visit. Landlords could inhabit the property during your stay, in separate rooms, floors.
3.2. Basements/attics/annex buildings are never provided to guests, therefore could and might be inhabited by the Landlords during your stay.
3.3. You might encounter landlord's belongings in the properly as well. The landlords only have to provide half of a wardrobe in every room to the guests.
3.4. Landlords agree to the fact that during trade shows guests will be living in their houses/apartments and partly use their furniture/ wardrobes/ kitchen equipment, etc.
3.5. All photos we have for the property will be provided to you before the time of booking. GETA Ltd cannot be held responsible for any difference in the actual exterior and interior of the property, nor its current condition at the time of your visit. All complains are to be taken with the Landlord upon arrival.
3.6. A safety deposit might be requested upon arrival. It will be refunded back to you at departure, should there be no damage to the property.
3.7. All private Houses and apartments are 100% non-refundable after being booked and paid. No-show and future cancelations are non-refundable.
Full payment for your reservation should be made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent to you by GETA Ltd. We take a 100% payment, so we can finalize the booking in full. For bookings over GBP 1000 and travelling more than 2 months out, it may be possible to pay a deposit at the time of confirmation. Any booking made without a deposit will be automatically cancelled without notification. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and travel products may vary and GETA Ltd will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. The accommodation provider reserves the right to request full payment in advance if your stay is falling within a busy period (trade show, exhibition or conference taking place) and any such reservation is not refundable.
We offer the following payment options to all our clients:
- Bank Transfer – you can make standard bank transfer to our EUR bank account or BACS payment to our GBP account
- Credit Card – we accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, VPAY, MASTER, MAESTRO.
- PayPal – you can pay via your PayPal account or standard by Credit Card without having an account in PayPal.
Please note that the full amount stated in the booking will be charged immediately to guarantee your reservation.
Please be advised that exchange rate differences may apply as the card processing system is not in GBP but in BGN; therefore the amount to be charged will be converted in BGN before you make the payment.
Once we receive your payment, a reservations agent will call you immediately and email you the Hotel Vouchers and the Original Invoice for the paid amount. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to GETA Ltd. Cancellation charges shall be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each place of accommodation within a booking. Any changes or modifications to a booking will be treated as cancellations and will incur cancellation charges. The only exception to this will be where additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to existing confirmed accommodation or nights.
5.1. Standard Terms
You can email us at email@example.com to receive a refund for cancelled nights in following cases:
Any amendment or cancellation made will incur a 25.00 GBP charge per booking where no special conditions apply.
Any cancellation made 1 month prior to arrival will incur the charge of the first night of the stay per room.
Cancellations made 1 month to 14 days prior to your stay will incur 30 % charges.
Cancellations made less than fourteen days prior to arrival date will incur 100 % charges.
5.2. Special Conditions
For any bookings falling within busy periods (trade show, exhibition or conference taking place) any amendments and/or cancellations will incur 100 % charges.
Any complaint regarding the hotel must be communicated to the hotel reception desk or to the relevant hotel representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given an opportunity to rectify the situation. Should you fail to resolve the issue with the hotel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, please be advised that GETA Ltd does not guarantee nor takes any responsibility for the standard of accommodation and the services provided by the hotel.
7. Unavailability and Relocations
In the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, we will endeavour to offer an alternative hotel at an equivalent standard and price in the best location at that stage. If no such alternative is available we shall refund the cost of your original booking with GETA Ltd to you. We will also endeavour to contact you in advance and advise of this unavailability. However, where it is not possible to contact you in advance we shall endeavour to ensure that the relevant hotel looks after any change of accommodation as quickly and efficiently as possible. In any of the above cases, GETA Ltd is not subject to any claims on the client’s part and shall not be liable for any additional expenses the client may have incurred as a result of a confirmed hotel becoming unavailable.
Information on this site is posted in good faith and updated regularly, however GETA Ltd cannot guarantee its completeness and accuracy. GETA Ltd reserves the right to change, update or delete any information on this website without prior notice. GETA Ltd does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any information or other material accessible from this site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
GETA Ltd cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy between a hotel description given in the website and reality, since hotel descriptions are being reported exactly as given to GETA Ltd by the hotel’s management or as printed in the hotel’s brochure or official hotel guide.
GETA Ltd has no legal, commercial or organisational connection with the fair organisers.
GETA Ltd does not operate on behalf of or with the endorsement of any of the event organisers mentioned on this site. The names of the shows published on this website may be registered trademarks to which GETA Ltd has no claims whatsoever.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GETA Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions under which services on this website are offered and you hereby agree to accept and be bound by those terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of your use of GETA Ltd’s website and facilities.
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
This website is for your personal and noncommercial use only. The content and information on this website (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information is proprietary to GETA Ltd. You agree not to use this website or its contents for any commercial or non-personal purpose (direct or indirect). While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services purchased through this website, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this website.
We strongly recommend that you arrange for a suitable travel insurance to cover (as a minimum) the costs incurred should you cancel your trip, the cost of emergency medical assistance, including repatriation, in the event of an accident or illness whilst you are abroad. It is your responsibility to verify the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
You agree to defend and indemnify GETA Ltd, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by: you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; or by third parties as a result of your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein; your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or your use of this website.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use this Website or the services offered on this Website for any purpose that is or may appear to be unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.

If you place a booking with GETA Ltd. then our booking terms apply to your contract with GETA Ltd. In the event of any inconsistency between booking terms and website terms, the booking terms shall prevail.

You hereby agree that we may use your contact information (i.e. e-mail, postal address and/or other contact details) in order to contact you in the event of a problem with your booking.
All intellectual property and information on this site is the property of GETA Ltd or is licensed to us and you may not copy these without our express permission. This does not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to make a copy of any booking details.
AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS
Each time you use this website you shall be bound by the terms as they are at the time you use it and you should review these every time you make a booking to make sure that you are happy and content with them.
These terms are binding and constitute the entire agreement between us so you should read them carefully to make sure they contain everything you want and nothing you are not prepared to agree to.
