One of the Baltic Sea's premium 5-star marinas is the Ancora Marina. It is the most modern and largest private yacht harbour in the region and was founded in 1971. It has 1400 berths, an exhibition hall which, along with the available open space, can accommodate around 17000 people. The venue has over 45 years of experience and is dedicated to environmental protection. The Ancora Marina is the hosting site of many important events throughout the year. Such include, for instance, the Hamburg Ancora Yacht Festival. 

The Ancora Marina was founded in 1971. It received three expansions between 1993 and 1997 to the north, south and west. The venue places high value on environmental protection – it has won the Blue Flag Award 22 times in a row. Besides the 1400 berths available, the marina also has access to an exhibition hall, with a total of 2000 m2. This allows the venue to accommodate up to 17 000 people during events. The exhibition hall’s space is flexible, allowing for organisers to adapt the area as needed.
