The stadium has a capacity of 40 834 people. The stadium can be found in the Chelsea borough in South-West London and opened in 1877. Besides sports events the stadium has also hosted corporate vents. Such include the Sports Merchandise and Licensing Show.
The Chelsea Stadium opened in 1877, 1 year after its construction was completed. The stadium has undergone extensive renovations in 1905 and 1998. It is scheduled to undergo another for the 2023-24 seasons of the Premier League. Upon completion, the stadium will have a maximum capacity of 60 000 people. Apart from the sports field, the stadium has 85 meeting areas for corporate events. These include 25 functions rooms and 60 syndicate rooms as well as 3 Halls. The stadium has onsite catering and provides state-of-the-art equipment for conferences and exhibitions.
