The Flanders Expo is one of Ghent and Belgium's leading event venues. It is a convention centre and arena with multiple purposes with around 178326 m2 of event space. It can be found in the Flanders region of the country and has a capacity of around 52799 people. The venue was founded in 1986 and opened in the next year. The opening occurred with the hosting of the Flanders Technology International. The site also hosts the Jaarbeurs Gent and Horeca Expo.
The Flanders Expo has a total space of 178326 m2 distributed between 17 meeting spaces. These include 8 exhibition halls and 4 seminar rooms. Additionally, there are 3 online event studios, a black box room and a foyer. All 17 meeting areas are flexible, and the venue has more than 4,500 parking places in 8 car parks.
