About The Venue
The Harrogate Convention Centre is a premier venue located in Harrogate, New Yorkshire, England. It is a 17,000 m2 event centre with 12 meeting places which can accommodate up to 10,475 people. It has been a hosting location for important events since 1982 when the main hall opened. Some notable events held at the site include the Home & Gift and Harrogate Flower Show.
 
Harrogate opened in 1982 as a 2,000-seat auditorium. In the same year, it hosted the Eurovision Song Contest. Since then, it has received several expansions, including the addition of 8 new halls as well as a hotel. A part of the venue, the Royal Hall, is a grade-II-listed building and was a former concert hall. The venue has modern amenities such as access to wireless internet. It also has a strategic and convenient location, being close to main transportation hubs like Leeds Airport.
