The Bath and West Showground is Western England’s premier events venue. It consists of 240 acres of land including 8 indoor meeting areas. Additionally, the site has a permanent road infrastructure and free parking. The show ground can accommodate 150 000 and more people based on the number of areas used for the event. Because of the large space available as well as the various useful perks the venue is quite popular. Over a million visitors come to the site every year, and it is the hosting place of several important events. These include the Royal Bath and West Show. The show ground is also the site of the Dairy Show and Grassland UK. Furthermore, the location is one of the hosts to the Festival of Bees.

These include the Theatre & Lounge, the Showering Pavilion and Mendip Exhibition Hall. Other indoor venue spots are the Sedgemoor Exhibition Hall and Edmund Rack. Within the show ground are additionally the Sparkford, and the Lodges areas. The show ground has quite extensive car parking. It can be reached in about 40 minutes from Bristol Airport by car.
