Travel 2 Fairs ltd has completed business negotiations with the following travel agencies – Global Exhibit & Travel Arrangements ltd, and Go Fair ltd – with the end goal to merge all four agencies into one unified group of firms operating under the leadership of Travel 2 Fairs ltd.

This decision to create strong lasting business relations is a direct result of the uncertainty and bureaucratic challenges faced by the agencies based within the UK to operate on the European market as Brexit approaches. We believe that this merge will secure an outstanding level of service to all our clients, which will remain unaffected once Brexit is finalized. We will also be one of the biggest business groups in Europe to provide business travel services to exhibitors.

What will change for you? The answer is very simple. Travel 2 Fairs ltd, Global Exhibit & Travel Arrangements ltd and Go Fair ltd will not remain separate legal entities. We will continue to work only from Travel 2 Fairs ltd. There will be no rebranding in the immediate future as the merge serves the main purpose of mitigating the unfavorable consequences following the exit of the UK from the EU.

This also means that the clients of each agency will be serviced by Travel 2 Fairs ltd. The clients of Travel 2 Fairs ltd, GETA ltd and Go Fair ltd will be serviced by the staff and office of Travel 2 Fairs ltd. The websites and social media channels of all four agencies will remain active and serve as information channels and a portal to our services.

The integration process will also preserve the servicing model and electronic channels without any change to the services, service names, pricing or processing method. The way we service clients will not change. The business continues as usual – on time, efficiently, and at a high standard. In fact, our decision to merge was chiefly motivated by our desire to continue our work undisturbed and deliver competitive hotel accommodation offers. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

There will be only one significant change made – to your advantage – and it will concern the way you request invoices for services rendered. Clients will receive invoices for a particular service only from Travel 2 Fairs ltd. In the instance of already made prepayments and deposits, the main balance will be paid to Travel 2 Fairs ltd. Travel 2 Fairs ltd. will be held responsible for all reservations done through GETA ltd. and Go Fair ltd.

We are working hard towards a seamless and full integration process, which we project to be fully completed by the end of the year. In the event of other significant changes, we will notify you in real-time.
