Additional Value of Attending

The Automation & Robotic Talks kicked off at BIEMH 2022 to great reviews. Attendees got the chance to explore the latest technologies and developments in the field of robotics and automation applied to industry through a series of high-value talks. This addition to the conference program aims to delve deep into some key aspects that pose great challenges to the industry. The Talks were held in the conference room in Hall 6, and laid out all the cutting-edge developments and solutions to the professional audience in attendance.

Industry 4.0 has revolutionised the way companies and businesses operate, which has led to the emergence of smart technologies that are being integrated into organisations. The Automation & Robotic Talks focus on how this integration has changed the industry with a spotlight on the latest developments and applications in robotics and automation. Attendees are able to engage in truly productive discussions and debates on subjects such as adapting to new technologies, ensuring effective collaboration between human and machine, as well as designing efficient production and operation systems.

Of course, that’s on top of the already stacked information programme, which features such big-ticket items like the Digital Talks, Additive Talks, Women in Industry presentation, Industry Talks, the Industrial Maintenance Innovation Conference and series of workshops.

The recent edition of WORKinn Talent Hub coincided with the BIEMH, creating a lot of synergy for participants in both fairs. The fair attracted professionals looking to improve their employment situation or seeking new opportunities. Hundreds of CVs were submitted during the job fair, which resulted in over two hundred job offers being made in total. It’s why BIEMH is so exciting to visit each edition.

In addition to the exhibition area, attendees had the opportunity to participate in interviews and meetings to learn about the current state of the job market alongside tried-and-true methods to gain the perfect footing in the industry and advance accordingly. BIEMH is one of the most important advanced manufacturing fairs in Europe, and its presence ensured that the attendees had access to some of the most innovative and cutting-edge technology in the industry.

The combination of these two events created a unique platform for professionals to network and find new opportunities in the industry. WORKinn Talent Hub provided job seekers with a strong opportunity to showcase their skills and qualifications to potential employers, while BIEMH gave companies a chance to showcase their products and services to potential customers, while scouting for fresh talent.

Finally, we should mention that there’s a fantastic social event that helps attendees relax after the long days of work, presenting and negotiations. We’re talking, of course, about the BIEMH FEST – the party that brings together all of the industry agents that are attending BIEMH, ADDIT3D, BeDIGITAL, IMIC, and WORKinn. Each edition has its own definitive flavour. The last edition had The Golden Covers as musical guests, while EL GLOBO, HAMBUEYSERÍA, LA OLLA and ZUREKIN were the local bars that collaborated on the drinks.
