IN - COSMETICS 2017
Dear Mark,
I hope you are well.
We had a very good exhibition indeed.
The stay in the hotel was ok. We had a little problem with one of our room.
On Wednesday evening my collegue Giorgio dell’Acqua was told he couldn’t go to his room because his room was only paid for one night (Sunday) and they only realised this then. Eventually he was allowed to return to his room and we would have settled this the next morning with you and the hotel. The next morning they told me they made a mistake. Besides this unpleasent situation, the hotel staff was very helpful.
Giorgio wanted also to check in at noon but they asked him for 10pounds as the regular check in time was 2pm. We were not aware about any
of this.
