We had a great CPHI!
We had some trouble regarding the reservations :
At our arrival, Mrs Alberta Breda didn’t have any room. The explanation of the hotel was that you made the reservations with 2 differents travel agencies and they have to double check all the rooms lists. (I gave them the mine without any price). I presume that the fact we switch her room with Gian Marco Negrisoli didn’t help !
Finaly she was given a room with 4 beds but later in the day, this room has been given to Mr Enrico Polastro as well, who felt very embarassed at his entrance into the room as Alberta was inside. The explanation of the reception was « I thought you didn’t want to be alone »….
For your information most of the room has 2 beds (even the ones considered as single room).
Positive point :
Extraordianary situation :
- So closed to the Messe (and our booth in Hall 4 – by the entrance of the Surban = 25 mn minutes walking saved !)
- Much less people by this entrance as by the main entrance).
- So closed to shop center
- So closed to restaurant
- Easy access to the downtown
- Friendly atmosphere and nice people
- According our budget.
For next time we would enjoy to be in the same hotel if they improve their organization/reservation level or in the same area in hotel like :
- Dormero
- Premier Inn Frankfurt Messe
- Motel One Frankfurt Messe
- Capri by Fraser
- Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Messe
