Hi Christine,

The hotel was overall very nice. The breakfast was good. Only issue we faced were with the heaters. The fans were not working properly and the room was very hot throughout our stay. The people were very friendly and courteous and the location was fine too. Overall it was a pretty good stay. Thank you for your help.

The hotel was an acceptable European 3 Star standard. Our only issue was the time taken by train to get to the Messe in Cologne. There is a speedier option, which comes at a price , i.e. The I.C.E. train.
