Upcoming Trade Shows Stuttgart, Germany for SPA

Stuttgart was the epicenter of the global spa and wellness industry during interbad 2024, the top international trade fair for swimming pools, saunas, and spas. Innovations, trends, simply the best businesses—you found them here. Interbad generally promotes community building through various channels. Yes, there’s networking, but visitors can receive education and benefit from business development. With a combination of a trade exhibition, congress, and a busy program of supporting events, interbad provides a well-rounded platform for professionals to explore new trends, gain insights from thought leaders, and witness live, hands-on demonstrations. A major highlight of the event was the Sauna Incentives program, which took place on the final day of the fair. Themed “Quality Management in the Sauna – Success Factor for Operators and Added Value for Guests,” this initiative featured a series of workshops and panel discussions focused on enhancing service standards, improving guest experiences, and implementing best practices for sauna operations. Perhaps most useful for players in Stuttgart’s spa industry was the innovation center, which was, in practice, the focal point for industry advancements. This dedicated space hosted keynote speeches, workshops, and presentations covering essential soft skills, such as stress management, employer branding, and gamification within the pool and sauna sector. The center also served as an interactive learning environment, offering hands-on experiences with new technologies and emerging wellness solutions. One of the most anticipated events at interbad 2024 was the unveiling of the third Wundine SchwimmMobil, a mobile swimming pool concept developed by the Josef Wund Foundation. This innovative project aims to enhance accessibility to swimming facilities and promote water safety across communities, especially those of lower income. The grand reveal took place on the second day of the exhibition to positive reception, attended by Minister for Culture, Youth, and Sport, Theresa Schopper.
