Hello Mark,

Arcadia Hotel was quite fine, rooms were comfortable, wide, clean and personnel was very polite and gentle. The only thing maybe the furniture, not very new!
Anyway, in general nothing to complain about.

We were very satisfied with the Executive Suite Hotel in Bologna.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were basic but comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped and clean.

I had booked two rooms for my colleagues to join us a day later but due to plumbing issues they were relocated to another hotel. This was the only difficulty we experienced during our stay.

We are also very satisfied with the service we received from GETA and will consider using you on future bookings.
