The event was very good for us and we were happy with the hotel.

We had some initial hiccups at arrival as the twin rooms booked for my colleagues turned out to have double beds only. With Tom's great help we then managed to get rooms with separate beds for my colleagues. The hotel staff was not too accommodating at first but Tom did a good job.

The hotel is very well located and within a walking distance to the Frankfurt Messe. The windows are soundproof and it was amazingly peaceful and quiet considering the busy road.

The decoration is nice and contemporary, the only minus point was the awkward and narrow washing basin in the bath room. Also the Wifi connection was not great but overall, the hotel was very good, clean and in the perfect spot.

I hope you are well.

We had a very good exhibition indeed.

The stay in the hotel was ok. We had a little problem with one of our room.

On Wednesday evening my collegue Giorgio dell’Acqua was told he couldn’t go to his room because his room was only paid for one night (Sunday) and they only realised this then. Eventually he was allowed to return to his room and we would have settled this the next morning with you and the hotel. The next morning they told me they made a mistake. Besides this unpleasent situation, the hotel staff was very helpful.

Giorgio wanted also to check in at noon but they asked him for 10pounds as the regular check in time was 2pm. We were not aware about any
of this.

The hotel was a good recommendation . clean, practical and good breakfast.
The only dificulty is the distance to the Palexpo center ( 1 hour in the morning)
For that reason, maybe people willing to escape from high Geneva pricing could stay in France, but on the other side ; closer to Fernay Voltaire or Meyrin.
But overall good choise , and good ratio price/quality. To be recommended.
