Dear Tom,

the hotel provided very good service at reasonable cost. Public transport connections were excellent; next to the hotel is a streetcar (tram) connection to the fairground taking a couple of minutes only. City center is in walking distance.

I’m good thank you, I hope you’re well.
Yes, everyone is now back in the UK and from speaking to my colleagues we gathered a lot of leads during the show.
I was very happy with the hotel.
I haven’t spoken to everyone about it however the feedback was positive from those I did speak to.
IFAT is the biggest event that we exhibit at (with the highest number of people attending) so it might be that we do not require your services until the next one however if we do I will be in touch.

Hello Brian! Fabulous service from you – hotel noisy doors, tired, phone did not work, waited 30 mins in restaurant for order then abandoned - they finally said big group in so very busy!
Next time I would like to book the Capri at the best rate earlier if possible!
