I wish to answer on behalf of Carmel, myself and the EAS team.

We are very happy with the services provided by yourself and global exhibition and travel arrangements, thank you very much.

The Novotel personnel have been very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel and conference area was perfect.

The meetings in the conference area at the hotel went very smooth. Very good service by the conference personnel.

Improvements; the breakfast could be more varied, the food in the restaurant could improve a bit, I received complaints on the car company they used that one driver never made contact at Heathrow and that one driver didn’t find the destination.

On the whole, the Novotel was very good and it was the best option in fulfilling the purpose of our stay.

We will definitely contact you again for future events,

Thank you for your mail and your service. The hotel was good, only they gave us 2 rooms for smokers (we are not), but everything is ok.

I hope at the end of this year or maybe on January I will contact you again to request prices for this hotel.

Good service from Mark of G.E.T.A., the hotel it's good for position and comfort but there wasn't the air conditioned on the room.
