There’s a wealth of ways to experience the home décor and lifestyle industry in Paris from special showrooms and boutiques to markets and high-profile events. In January, people can enjoy what’s on offer at Paris Deco Home. In its third edition, the event curates the crème de la crème of luxury home decor, bringing together the most prominent names in the industry. From exquisite furniture to luxurious tableware, dazzling lighting fixtures to rugs, visitors will be immersed in a world of opulence and sophistication. Paris Deco Home is always a feast for the senses, with each business opening its showroom or pop-up to create an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. Showcasing a distinct concept, exhibitors will welcome visitors as if inviting them into their own homes for that extra special touch. Complementing the Paris Deco Home experience is the Paris Deco Off. With an anticipated attendance of around 40,000 visitors, including industry experts and members of the public from France and beyond, the event promises to be a hub of activity. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of home decor offerings while strolling through the historic center of Paris, spanning both the Right and Left Banks. For the 2023 edition, visitors were treated to a spectacular installation placed at the Place des Petits Pères and Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Conceived by interior designer Alice Forest and featuring cardboard furnishings by Emmanuelle Zarée, ‘Cardboard outside the Box’ showcased two interior designs within translucent bubbles. Outside of the busy events calendar, people can discover the wealth of local and international home décor and lifestyle brands at the Le Bon Marché department store, which is best known for its furniture, lighting, accessories, tabletop items, and textiles. Le Bon Marché curates a selection of products from global brands as well as emerging designers.
