The same edition saw a remarkable increase of 46% in foreign visitor numbers compared to the previous year, which marks a notable shift towards online ticket purchases. In addition to facilitating trade, CNR Food Istanbul showcases culinary diversity through its International Cooking Show, featuring renowned chefs presenting cuisines from countries such as India, China, the Czech Republic, Taiwan and Malaysia.
